Our team has reverse-engineered two full-motion, Level D simulators. We’ve designed and manufactured several unique aircraft components that make our customers’ lives easier. We’ve uncovered the secret to using data to make our operations safer.

Brilliance lives here
Our shop manufactures one-of-a-kind flooring for air medical helicopters. They also create Tactical Flight Officer (TFO) stations for law enforcement aircraft. For VIP aircraft, we’ve designed backlit cupholders.
When we discovered some customers were having troubling lifting their stretchers into the back of an EC145, we developed a custom ramp to help them.

Our paint shop is known throughout the industry for its meticulous work and attention to detail. We take off every imaginable aircraft part to individually add color and style before putting it back together to reveal the final product.

Our team has completed aircraft for Fortune 500 Companies, Celebrities, and some of the most prominent health systems in the nation.
Data Mining and Communication
Brilliance doesn’t stop at aircraft completions.
Our team of data specialists and engineers has built up a repository of information housing thousands of flight hours. With our data, we can identify trends across our fleet and have used this information to update our operations and training manuals.
Utilizing Outerlink’s IRIS system, we have constant communication with our aircraft and an additional layer of safety.
We won’t stop here. Our team is constantly looking at improving our processes and increasing safety across the board.
